We want you to love your Twisted X gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Our goal is to ensure your footwear fits your lifestyle perfectly with a seamless and hassle-free return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn products back into their original shoe box and secure them inside a shipping mailer with the label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
